Plant Nephrolepis sp. or also known as Sabai Nang, has a Vietnamese name that people often call Thai Hanging Fern. Many people mistakenly think that this plant originates from Thailand, but the true origin of Sabai Nang is not clearly confirmed. “Sabai Nang” is a Thai word meaning “hanging leaves”. This name comes from the characteristics of the plant’s leaves, which are long, thin, and curved downward.
The Hanging Fern is popular for its tiered leaves that can grow over 4 metres long.
