A new plant species found in Colombia, described by a group of 3 Croat botanists, DP Hannon and R. Kaufmann, the official name has not been published yet and it is currently being exchanged under the name Philodendron Luxurians “Choco”, the name luxurians comes from Latin – 𝘭𝘶𝘹𝘶𝘴 or 𝘭𝘶𝘹𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 meaning “luxury”. Philodendron Luxurians has heart-shaped leaves, dark green velvety surface, thick and clear midrib of light green interspersed with small dark veins, the veins look like cracks in glass.
